Welcome to the 2022 Pathway Educational Series, this platform has been created to offer an interactive opportunity for our clients to engage with on-demand education categories. These pathways offer support for active employees, soon to be retirees, Medicare enrolled employees, caregivers and more! This interactive page will continue to be updated throughout the year, as new materials are added, you will have access to more and more of the pathways.

These pathways along with both our member area and IOS app are available to you through the support of your employer. Your employer wants you to have access to our services and engage with our team at Transitions to assist with medical planning. As an active employee, our services will give you a dedicated advisor to help you spit-ball, plan, and coordinate your Medicare enrollment. Timing is everything and within the past two years, we have learned first hand that we are never too prepared.
